Why do strangers so often ask you for friend requests on Facebook?

Sure, some people are just mega social and want to know everyone Or they are looking for new ones, who knows, maybe they are just lonely and want to build a virtual network. Or they just think that you're a fucking cool guy and should definitely pluck up their friend list, so hey, if you don't have a bump on it, just ignore or block, no stress

Most of the people who sent me a request for friendship wanted to discuss a little more briefly. Some simply wrote that they like my answers. Once, a woman with ambiguous hints wanted to lure me on another side.
That's what I know.
