Why do I switch so drastically?

I've noticed for a while now that I don't have a clear line when it comes to entertainment… I watch 3-4 series at the same time depending on my mood and I play at least 4-5 games at a time instead of just playing the story of a game or searching until I reach the max level.

There's nothing wrong with that, but it kind of annoys me because I get the feeling that I'll never get anything done, or that the process is taking forever.

Can someone explain this to me from a psychological perspective? Is this a bad sign if I actually long for a more relaxing lifestyle?

Why you do that, I don't know. It could be ADHD, for example, but without knowing you it can't be said.

Anyway, it's nothing bad. I am so interested in many things that I lose interest after a while or do several things at the same time (alternating).

If you want more relaxation, it's not hard:

  1. Think about something that relaxes you (e.g. meditating, going to sleep early, listening to music, reading a book, etc.)
  2. Think about when you want to do it
  3. Do it

This is how I understand the series. I feel the same. But they are now also extremely boring. The only series I follow is Rick and Morty. Also, films that have been filmed in the last 10 years have hardly been finished.

I have no patience. So, I simply don't find the actors convincing and the actions repeat themselves. The last shortage I swallowed was "Sons of anarchy". I thought it was great.
