Why do I only have stupid dreams at night (dangerous situations and the like)?
Good evening everyone, I have a question/problem. I just dreamt that I was being shot. I had this when I was a little kid too, I'm 17 years old. I hate it when I dream something that I experience in real life two days later. Why does that happen and where does it come from? What I also often dream is that I can control my dreams, i.e. I can do what I want and it feels real, but why do I always dream that I'm being shot and why do I have dreams about what I experience or do two days later?

So there are two reasons I know.
1. Things are processed in dreams. This can be experienced things, but also deep fears. That’s the scientific level I’ll say.
Two. In the more or less spiritual view (here my area) has the other reasons. On the one hand, the dream can be completely separated with dream interpretation. Personally, I would think of my past life in such a dream. I know that not many believe in it, but I do. Maybe you used to die like that and these are subconscious memories…I had a dream of a village in another country I didn’t know about. After the dream I did with what I could remember looking for and actually found the village. That was so big. I also think I was there in my last life.

This is an unscientific assumption because if the brain dies in real (molecularly decomposed, eaten by worms), then also the "me". This would also be a healthy, constructive way to direct the same energy, in the sense of your soul's need for "self-knowledge".
But why do I dream about being shot because I have no connections to weapons or anything else?
That’s right. I also think that if you as a small child are completely unfounded of something panic fear, that can have the same reason.

It’s called lucid dreams. (No idea if this is written with ie or only i) That’s another phenomenon. But you can also learn that, so it’s just with you that you’ve always been able to. As far as I know it has no great significance.
