As the title suggests, I often feel sick just by swallowing. I swallow my own saliva, and shortly afterwards I feel like vomiting. I don't throw up or anything like that, but it happens to me often and it's just uncomfortable, so I have to spit my saliva into a cup (only sometimes). Sorry if this is a bit gross, but I really need help because I also have emetophobia, and it always scares me a little.
