Why do I dream about my trainer?

First of all, a little about me: I'm a 25-year-old woman, happily married for almost four years, and have been playing football for almost 20. We've had a new coach for our team this season, and it turns out we met back in 2017/18 in the pub where I was working. I didn't particularly like him back then; he was often irritable and rarely tipped. But because we'd already spent time together, we immediately had something to talk about when he started coaching us. And as is often the case in life, people are often quite nice once you have a proper conversation with them.

Well, it turns out I've been having dreams about him a lot lately. Yesterday he appeared in a dream about a kind of casting show where I was in charge of the technology. We talked briefly in the cafeteria.

Today he appeared in a dream again. I don't remember what it was about exactly, but we were "annoying" each other by tickling each other or pushing each other in the snow, cuddling, or just seeking closeness.

Does anyone have an explanation as to why he appears in my dreams and why we are so intimate?
