Why do I always burp?

Hi guys, I'm from NRW,

wanted to ask why it is so,

that I always have burps and then it rumbling around

I ate a lot of rice today – but it's still like this…

Mauch stomach protection tablets do not help

I find it very uncomfortable when I want to study something in the university library and then there is always this loud elevator rising

Try not to swallow too often so as not to bring too much air into play

then don't drink any water to avoid swallowing extra air

why is that????

what can I do to prevent this from happening

I can never concentrate because of that
