Why different views on YouTube?
The question is worded a bit strangely, but I was surprised that YouTube shows more views on the channel than in YouTube Studio and fewer in the app than in the browser.
Why is that?
It's okay that the views go up and down because YouTube is checking them, but I'm a bit confused now because everything says something different. 😅
The View numbers are only approximation values because they are not stored centrally.
That means there are different servers that count the views separately from each other. The synchronization of the views then takes place subsequently, so that the view numbers are not always displayed correctly everywhere.
Hey, have a similar problem… with me it shows the videos 16k Views (this video was shared by one side on Thursday) and with “performance of your videos” it is still on the video 55 Views since Thursday… This video would have an RPM of 33.87, which took about $550 with the 16k Views (being)…
It takes youtube longer because of the servers…. There are billion views a few minutes
It's normal, it'll take time to "update".
