Why did my new screen go black?
I bought a new monitor. It arrived yesterday in perfect working order. Now it suddenly went black. A blue line appeared in the middle, and then it slowly started to get darker. After about 15 seconds, it was completely black. Turning it off and on doesn't work. I also tried accessing the settings, but it doesn't display anything there either, so it's apparently not the PC's fault. The monitor is an AOC U27B3M.

Probably a Monday product, i.e. just through the final control, but probably already defective from work. Probably the panel.
You won’t be able to do anything. Leave rum screws to stay anyway for warranty reasons.
You can only try to send other ports or make the monitor powerless for several minutes so that it starts really cold.

Dissolve directly over the monitor you shouldn’t do anything because you have warranty claim. Or do you want to lose it? To try out, you need a 2nd monitor.
Cable works, graphics card and processor run normally, the PC recognizes the screen correctly.
Can the cable be broken? Something wrong. Check out the AMD, Nvidia or Intel software.
