Why can big streamers stream music?

Everyone always says you should only use no-copyright music, but how do big streamers do that? Is it possible because it's only in the background and they talk over it? But many explicitly play a track for waiting time. At most, they'll be muted in the VOD.

Because they have inserted a second audio track in the OBS that does not play music for the vod. On the second audio track there is only game and microphone sound, so no one can hear the music in the replay. This can be set to Twitch in dashboard

You’re not being stalled for that, I would have been banished long ago. I only have between 15 and 50 spectators games but all the time music that is not copyright free. I also often have song requests where the conciliators enter their songs. I’ve been streaming since 2014 and haven’t got a strike yet, only on YT and I’m loading years

Many simply use a second soundtrack for music, can be set in OBS. Then in the clips and in the VoD this music is not to be heard, but only in the live stream.

And some also pay fees for the use of music at GEMA. But that’s only for big streamers who deserve a good option. You can’t afford it as a small streamer.

Big streamers have enough money to buy the licenses.

Or they are royalty-free works.
