Why can't I find a job?

Hello, I recently completed my apprenticeship in June and am now unemployed and looking for a job. I've already sent so many applications and even had interviews, but either no one is getting back to me or they've found someone else. What could be causing this? 😭 It's really frustrating. I really want to work full time again.

Hello,

as a personal service provider/employer we know your situation, because when it comes to entering the profession, we can often help.

We therefore recommend that you be supported by a personal service provider/personal agent:

1️⃣ We are job experts and know many employers around. That means we have the direct wire in the personnel departments.

2️⃣ Time work can also be a good opportunity for you: you first gather professional experience, get to know colleagues and companies – so connect contacts – and can improve your resume. That's how your job opportunities get up.

Look past our guide: We wrote an article on your topic: https://www.go-renta.de/ratgeber

Maybe we have a branch near your place of residence and can help you.

Good luck, we'll push your thumbs!

In restaurants, bakery, retail, cleaning staff you always find something.

Yeah, but the economy wants you cheaply. They then call this a shortage of skilled workers. Ideally, you should have 20 years of professional experience.

Would you like to make use of advice, as it seems that we do not agree with the applications, because all are looking for full-time staff without the end.

Yes, I also know from my acquaintance. The economy is supposed to last by labor, but is hired as well as no one.

I guess you're just unqualified or unqualified.
