Virtual platforms (Steam, Netflix and Co) have their own productions and licensed, contractual agreements with non-in-house products, on offer (still!).

What you really want to know is whether to connect TW3 and the Steam community.

And yes that goes! You can also buy the GOG game offline or on Steam (this is totally **** no matter what). Add the licensed product on Steam and even if it is already registered with GOG.

I had made it myself that way (from convenience 🙁
I hope the legal situation has always not changed, so try it out if you have already purchased such a usage license for TW3 or inform up to date about it.

If you are right, please buy it at GOG and support the rest of Gamersupport and the possession of games software.

Ok now the old man has texted enough at this time 🙂

You can only speculate. The manufacturer of the Witcher series also includes the GOG.com shop. They therefore have a greater interest in GOG sales than on Steam sales. Steam is probably considered to be a necessary evil, because apart from Steam they don’t sell for any other platform except for their own. Steam is a competition, the Epic Store even more, there are no Witcher at all.

Why not gog.com? You only have advantages, you can install it as often as you want, and where you want it, it’s yours, you don’t even need internet to play or install it there

You can buy the GOTY editions directly on Steam during sales for 20€, which is already extremely cheap for what you get delivered.
