There will be people who eat there at night. Any shops have to stay for a long time.There are surely also people who live on the street and eat there etc.

truck drivers,

People on business,

Party types that get hungry and have no restaurant opened,

Pregnants who get appetite for a hamburger at night

holidaymakers,

etc. etc…….

If these branches have the right location, there are probably enough people who have just fallen out of a night club in the morning at 3:00. Or shift workers, truckers, travelers.

Only in heavily frequented locations. In addition, you can drive the branches at night with very little staff. I guess it’s going to be somewhere downstairs.

If the restaurants are full at night (and they are!), then the staff is well equipped.
