Why are citizen offices often open when everyone else is working?

At the moment you still can't do everything online

Not everyone can freely organize their working hours or take spontaneous time off

For example, the Citizens' Office has an appointment from 8:30 to 14:00, so almost everyone who doesn't work night shifts can work there.

Because these are the usual working times in which the employees there want to work. If they close at 14:30, they may have to work off the paperwork of the day, before that they may also make paperwork.

In addition, there are many part-time workers in the area where, for example, children come from school.

Probably no staff is available at other times.

Because these are the usual working hours. In many regions with greater frequencyization, there are also times on certain days to go to you until 7 p.m.

Apart from that, you really don’t have to go to the civil office all the time, so you can take yourself free.

And many things can be done online now.

Because people work normally like you and everyone else. This is not system-relevant that this is open in the afternoon. And it’s just annoying someone if you have to go to MAL. Many things can be done online and only because a onenal in the year has only late time, the office will not stay open extra forever

Why do civil offices often open when everyone else works?

Because people only work there when people usually work. Not until 8:00 in the evening.

Not all can share their working hours freely or spontaneously take free

But what I have to say honestly… I’ve never had to go to the civil office.

Because the public office is not a retailer where such working hours are normal. It is also not a hospital where work should be carried out around the clock and no gastro plant where Sundays would work.

It’s normal office hours.

By the way, people who work Saturdays don’t have any compensation days under the week? Which would make it possible for them to visit the Ombudsman? So let me guess the ones who complain about this do not work weeks.

The answer is actually in your question…
