Whenever I buy sweaters or sweatshirts, lint appears (e.g. I bought a sweatshirt jacket at New Yorker 2 weeks ago and now the jacket is completely covered in lint). Can anyone tell me why and where I can buy good sweatshirt jackets?

Hey, I was sewing when my sewing machine suddenly went on strike. Suddenly, the needle stopped working and just started humming. That humming noise could possibly be coming from the motor, but that's just a guess. The bobbin thread doesn't seem to be tangled with the top thread, and everything looks fine with the bobbin….
