Why?

Why are there parents who are anti-fitness, feed their children unhealthy food and don't believe in sports?

And how harmful is this kind of upbringing, where children eat unhealthy food and don't do any sport, and neither do their parents, and everyone in the family is overweight?

These parents are also only children of parents who have lived so little. You always run best in the shoes you know the longest;-)

Just make sure your questions are about this topic. I wonder what it looks like with the sportiness in your family? By the way, in my family all were athletic, except me, :))

Aha, you associate weight with unsportiness? What about ball bumpers and ringers?

Why are they? Because they may not have learned it differently. And they just keep going.

It is clear that the whole thing is unhealthy. This results in typical civilization diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and the like.

Because they themselves don’t know better and can only pass on the knowledge they possess. So if they feed themselves so unhealthy, how should they give their young people a better way?
