Who to talk to when you don't have anyone?
My mental health has been getting worse lately, and I just don't have anyone to talk to about it all because our school psychologist left. I don't want to talk to my friends or parents. I just don't know what to do. Do you have any suggestions for websites where I can talk, or anyone else?
Hello sxr4l!
A helpline or pastoral care hotline would love to talk to you. They're always willing to listen.
Many helplines are staffed by volunteers. They are particularly empathetic people who will talk to you about your specific concerns.
Even if helplines don't employ social workers or psychologists, they can also refer people to relevant experts or organizations on crisis emergency services. This way, callers can receive immediate advice and assistance in acute cases. These include:
The Child Protection Association or the Youth Welfare Office in your area. You can find the Child Protection Association's location at http://www.dksb.de. You can also find the phone number of your Youth Welfare Office online (simply enter "Youth Welfare Office" and your location in the search bar). You have the right to receive advice without your parents having to know about it.
All of the following numbers are free and anonymous. No matter what your problem is, you can contact us if you're not feeling well.

Take a notebook and write all your thoughts in it. Be completely open and leave everything unfiltered. On the one hand, it helps to just let everything out and arrange your thoughts on the other by putting them into paper and streamlining your problems, creating a new perspective and possibly finding new solutions. Just try it out, it will certainly help you. Happy birthday!
You should always talk to friends. Many people have no friends and are lonely. Of course, you can also get to know people on social media, where you should always be careful. A club is also great. You can also talk to me for trouble. 😄 I like to help. 👍
Pray, whether you believe or not, God always listens to you and he will help you if you ask him.
(But you can also write, God sent me to help people like you)
Please try!!
Blessing God and Success
In case of doubt, go on the side and ask any people… main thing is that you’re going to get rid of it somehow. Even that helps talk about it. Maybe write it on a sheet and put it somewhere, then you got it off, but nobody knows about it. if you want to tell me what’s going on
Here you can also leave a message in the mailbox
just call at the 0421 246666 which is a hotline
With God (if you believe in him).
By the way, you’re talking to other people.
