Who knows this techno track?

Good day,

I'm looking for a techno song (I would describe it as hard techno) where a high whistling sound goes something like this:

Da Di Di Di

. . . .

The dots are supposed to be the basses.

This is repeated and becomes shriller (higher) towards the end

In terms of style, I'd compare it to the harder stuff of Manu Kenton, but it's not by him. It was probably released before 2008.

All search apps didn't help.

I hope someone can decipher this.
