Who has the right of way?

I don't quite understand. Actually, B doesn't have anyone to his right, so B should be allowed to go first, right? In this case, the direction he turns doesn't matter, does it? But on TikTok, everyone says C should go first.

B – A – C

Right of way: When does right have priority over left?

The rule "right before left" (Section 8, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1 of the German Road Traffic Act) is something elementary school students learn early on. It is the central, fundamental right-of-way rule and applies when there are no traffic signs, traffic lights, or police to direct traffic. This is often the case at intersections and junctions with little traffic. It doesn't matter where the road user intends to go; the decisive factor for right-of-way is where they are coming from.

Of course, B isn't allowed to force the right of way. Caution is advised. Eye contact. Hand signals if necessary.

No, B is crossing C. So he has to wait just like everyone else. This is a typical driving school question, designed to ensure everyone is in agreement.

Your quote doesn't help resolve the situation. It only states that A should come before C.
However, A has to pay attention to vehicle B and B has to pay attention to vehicle C. So everyone has to pay attention to someone else and they have to communicate.

Everyone has someone coming from the right or crossing someone's path; no one can or is allowed to just pass. Everyone has to communicate with each other. This is a typical driving school question.

However, B crosses the straight-ahead lane of C.

This makes it a situation where you have to communicate using hand signals.

Funnily enough, I had exactly this situation last week. Also, with the directions everyone involved wanted to go.

I was A.

I watched it again on my dashcam that evening. Yes, it was interesting.

Achja?

Dann lassen wir A einfach etwas später in diese Situation fahren.

Wer fährt dann zuerst?

C has right of way over B under traffic law.

If B drives first, then B deliberately takes C’s right of way.

However, A has to wait for B and may drive ahead of C.

This is the same situation as when all directions meet at the same time at an unmarked intersection.

Just give a hand signal and everything will be fine.

But A doesn't arrive later; he's standing there, just like the others. That's how I interpret it now. And as I said, with right-before-left, turning doesn't matter.

Die müssen sich absprechen.

Keiner hat Vorfahrt.

Jeder blockt den anderen aus.

Gradeausverkehr vor Abbiegeverkehr und rechts vor links.

Apart from the fact that I don't know the verb "ausblocken," this answer is correct.

Dann darf A fahren

Klassische Fahrschulfrage.
