Whitening toothpaste?

Does anyone have experience with these types of toothpastes? Long-term use?

I'm thinking about using a mild one every three days or so, but I'm worried that this will make things worse with discoloration, etc., because of the tooth enamel.

Dentists generally advise against using toothpastes like this, but my dentist said I should use this one now because I noticed after my last professional teeth cleaning that my tooth color had gotten considerably worse. I think it was because the polishing wasn't done cleanly enough, and I've already told my dentist that I'm not at all happy with the color of my teeth and that they're now yellow! It really annoys me and is putting a lot of stress on me! He recently polished them again, but it didn't really help.

Does anyone have a tip for me? I'm also very unsure about whether I should use these pastes, so if I do, I'll only use a very mild one. Otherwise, I won't be able to get them any whiter, and I can't afford bleaching. I also need to replace a crown, and I definitely don't want a crown in the color my teeth are now!

I don't even dare to laugh anymore! I was always happy with my tooth color, etc., and now!?! 😫

So my experience is that it just didn’t bring anything. And that’s bad, there’s still this harmful titanium dioxide in there, which’s why it’s being advised.

If it doesn’t get anything, even over two years, what the harmful stuff has every day in the mouth :’)

I had not left with my organic tooth pastes with calcium carbonate and sodium by green tea discoloration. Self-made tooth powder with calcium carbonate and birch sugar powder has also not helped. I had the problem for a few years.

Then I discovered a organic toothcare series with activated carbon in the reform house and try – THE IS SUPER! All tea discolorations have gone down. After 5 days, all tea discolorations were gone. I’ve been using them for about 2.5 years.

Google mal MY MAGIC MUD

There are pastes in different flavors that contain less activated carbon, are super easy to wash off tongue, fingernails and sink, which is especially important in the morning when you have little time! But the polishing effect is thus milder and it takes longer until all deposits are gone. I use this toothpaste for daily care.

There is also a powder, which contains more activated carbon, thereby polishing away more the restings, but then you need time to brush the tongue, the fingernails and the sink. I’ll use this on the weekend.

Note: the activated carbon removes deposits but does not change the color of the tooth itself. The tooth color is related to health. Just like the color of eye tear and skin!

These toothpastes are absolutely nothing and are pure waste of money.
