When I play games on my PC, I sometimes get little white stripes and dots, similar to those in very old films.
Is this coming from the graphics card or the monitor?

GPU no drivers since 2010 and only up to max Vista *shudder*
CPU is from 2003, that's no longer enough as a "better typewriter", unless you don't use the PC for anything else
