Hello. I've created an app that's now supposed to work online, with a database, etc., everything included. Now my question is, which server or hosting should I choose that's good but affordable? By good, I mean the server's performance, how many requests it can handle, etc. I'd like to use Strato, since I already have a web server for my website. What do you recommend?

I doubt that you have so much traffic on your side that the server comes to its limits. Except you have thousands of users.
Then it comes to which languages you use in the backend if only PHP is actually able to use everyone if you use other like GO!, Python, Ruby, etc you should check if the server can.
Otherwise Ionos is good (Strato I don’t know, but it’s certainly good).
What databases do you need? Ionos can so much I know in simple hosting only MySQL and MariaDB, is that enough? With a complex website with a lot of backend, many users and a login system, I would use MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Just make sure that your server is located in Germany or in the EU, you could get problems with the GDPR (especially in the USA).
I would not recommend Strato unless something has improved or improved the situation. the problem has now been solved (I don’t know).
