The second sentence. But even the first sentence can be correct if you have lived in Baden-Württemberg before. However, in such a case one usually does not stress that one has remained in the country.

The latter is wrong. The former states that you have moved from one place to another in BW, second, that you have moved from another federal state to the federal state of BW without any further location. So it depends on what you mean.
