Good morning stefano188,

you’ve already got great answers here. Depending on where you have your connection or want to have it in the future, not all terminals are suitable. For example, if you get a connection with SVDSL, which is realized via the telecommunications line, please no longer purchase the somewhat older Fritzbox 7490, because it does not manage well with the connection.

For our customers we ask Speedport on. You can also use a matching Fritzbox or another manufacturer.

Best regards

Natalie

I’ve been using AVM’s FritzBoxen since I got DSL. I currently have VDSL2 at a 7590AX and am very happy with it. As I was also satisfied with the other FritzBoxes (5050, 7170, 7390, 7490 and 7580).

I would recommend you a 7510. It can be DSL up to 300 MBit, has WiFi6, 1x analogue, 1x Gigabit LAN, DECT and 1x USB.

Any simple.

My speedport comes from the A&V €20

FB all who think is expensive is good. And throw their money on the street. For this, the FB likes to be broken means so much settings the Suddenly no longer goes. And then the provider is guilty….

Anything else. A fashion has only Lan. Routers have modem, so Lan and Wlan module.

DSL can max. 16 Mbit/s, who lives far away from the distributor, should lay down LTE. My beloved Sinus Kombi router (He had the phone huckepack) who could only DSL.

When we got the 50Ziger on the garbage. In the compliment even glass fibre

If you don’t want to dig out the router of your grandma, then every halfway current can also VDSL in the time frame 3 years old router. I guess you don’t want to get a used one.

You can take any router.

I would always take a Fritzbox, runs reliably and is easy to set up.
