I recently bought the bool tec 65cc cylinder, and it only fires occasionally. What could be wrong? I think the spark plug is too short, and that's why it only fires rarely.

Hello everyone, on my Viron scooter only the lights come on, nothing more. There is an error but I don't know what I can do. The display only comes on briefly and then goes off again but the lights still work.
