Which sauce goes with ricotta spinach ravioli?
My girlfriend and I are making our own ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling tonight. Many recipes recommend tossing the finished ravioli in sage butter, which isn't really our style.
What alternatives can you recommend?
I would make a sauce suitable for filling. So what with eg ricotta, cream, parmesan, spinach and similar crooked ham fits wonderfully.
It would be easy to add spinach, cream and parmesan. A little pepper, garlic and nutmeg, ready.
Yeah cool. If we could have gotten into it ourselves, take the filling into the sauce. Thank you.
It just harmonizes best. I’m just making the sauce a little easier than the stuff.
The star has the best wishes from the rest of my family. We made the sauce according to the recipe of filling and stretched with white wine and vegetable broth so that it becomes more liquid. The rest of the baby spinach was added as vegetables. On top of a ton of parmesan and the food was perfect.
Glad to me very much when it has boiled ðŸTM‚ there is nothing about good food ðŸ ̃‚
Thanks for the star ⭐
You earned it
Thank you
Perfect, good success and good hunger 🤤
This is the plan and we have everything there
I would roast them in tomato sauce or with some olive oil.
Become those in tomato sauce because you can cook them badly.
then cook and serve with tomato sauce.
You can also cook in a pan with tomato sauce
Sausage cubes roast and dress with cut chives spread over the ravioli, with green salad
I always make self-made tomato sauce – most preferably of my own tomatoes.
The taste is not too intense for filling. Tomato sauce is perfect for Ravioli with meat filling
Not at all. It is always served in Malta.
Okay, so is also worth a try 👍
Either with a good, self-made tomato sauce or only with brown butter, fried fresh sage (can also be omitted) and Parmigiano reggiano. Also a cream sauce with or without ham fits.
