You only need the windwall, which is available in many leisure shops.
I can't call the other beaches because the names are not familiar to me. Besides, I have a bad name memory.
In Cuxhafen there is a large beach with lots of plots, but it does not come to Rügen's scrape.
On the Shabab it is nicely free and mixed.
Textile, nudist and dogs are mixed and sometimes someone comes with an e-quad and sells quite cheap ice cream.
