To learn how to start and so on… Unfortunately, we're not allowed to go to a practice area because he's a novice driver and therefore wouldn't let me drive, right? because the company premises are private. The state authority has nothing to look for. On private plots no driving licence is required except for supermarket parking places where a sign indicates the validity of StVO.
