Which ninja would be best to stop a person from being a criminal?
This is a fanfiction in which the ninja take in a child who knows nothing but crime. The child has already been in prison, where his parents are also. The ninja want to give the child a better life and adopt him from there. The child loves horses but claims to hate them. Lloyd's girlfriend notices this, as she also has therapy horses.
All of my ninjas have students they train. Sometimes they train together or train each other's students. Lloyd has the following students: Arin, Sora, Wildfire, Euphrasia (Dragon Rising), Mateo, Izzie, Zoey, Logan, Cooper (Lego Dreamzzz), Dereth (Ninjago), and at least four of his own characters in a class. The others have double the number of students in a class. As a couple, the following people are Zane + Pixel, Kai + Skylor, Jay + Nya, and Cole + Akita. The ninjas are around 26 years old and work while their students go to school or work. Lloyd's girlfriend mainly works at the Green Teapot (Wu's tea shop), but also helps out. She is trained secretly by Lloyd at her request. Sensei Garmadon, Sensei Wu, and Misako also appear. Furthermore, each ninja has undergone training.

In their jobs, they work while their students are at school or work. The ninja also have to train. Lloyd's girlfriend works primarily at the Green Teapot but also helps out. She will also be his partner during training and classes. For now, however, she wants to train with Lloyd in secret. Sensei Garmadon, Sensei Wu, and the parents of the other ninja also appear. They are all alive, and Jay has two sets of parents.

-Lloyd has the most likely experience with the criminal and can feel good in it, but as he is the leader, this may seem a little 0815
– I don’t know, on the one hand yes, on the other hand no, there’s another ninja better, I think
-Kai doesn’t fit like that, I think. As a coach already (so for exercises) but not to accustom the criminal being, as he himself is often insane and so
-Zane could certainly help and talk to the child in conscience, but I think he lacks something personal (so a certain friendly relationship with the child)
-Jay is a nice guy and would probably understand well with the child, but I think he himself lacks a little discipline to serve as the model he should be there
That was some pros and contras, now you can think about it yourself. I don’t know how much you fit in your fanfiction and how the characters change, but I think it’s important that the ninja can be a model and understands well with the child (maybe only in the course of history)

I didn’t pay attention to the partners now, but they might make up what the ninja is missing here. You can make yourself such a nice list of pros and contras and then see which team fits best.
