Which monitor should I buy?

Good bye,

I need a new monitor for work (design etc.), but I have no idea what “good” is.

The main focus is definitely the resolution, which has to be good. And 27 inches is also a must.

Otherwise, over 240Hertz would still be quite good.

I don't know much about it myself, so I'm asking here.

Best regards

It should be the right monitor for work.

Best affordable monitor for photography, graphic design and video editing (sRGB)

There is a low-cost but very solid entry with the ViewSonic VP2768a. The 27-inch monitor comes in WQHD resolution and offers 100% sRGB with hardware calibration via 14 bit 3D-LUTs.A colour purity of Delta <2 and a homogeneity of Delta <5%, at a price of approx. 400 euros, are a fighting announcement. In addition, the monitor has an ergonomic stand, allowing the monitor to rotate, tilt and use it in the pivot position.

A absolute no-brainer for the price-conscious content-creator, who does not intend to print with AdobeRGB or produce movies in DCI-P3. The ViewSonic VP2768a is in its price class completely unrivalled:

The hardware calibration can be ViewSonic own software are carried out. As colorimeters come SpyderX (2) and X-Rite i1 in question.
