In doubt, I would take the Wolfgang when it comes to these two knives. It is more stable and you need to remove less material if you need to re-sharpen it properly (as provided from the grounding).
The Wolfgangs is probably more robust than Full Tang. At Morakniv, this has only the "Garberg" model, and this is again more than twice as expensive as the Wolfgangs. However, the "normal" Morakniv (eg Companion) are much cheaper.
