Which jobs after spinal stenosis?

Hi my father needs an operation.

His company has now fired him. He was employed as a machine operator and shift supervisor.

Now, of course, he's looking for a new job. He has no idea about computers and would prefer to continue working as a machine operator.

Unfortunately, he's not allowed to really put that pressure on himself. So I'm currently looking for jobs he could do.

Do you have any ideas?
