Your text is difficult to read (formatting), therefore only rough impressions from the cross:

It would be highly recommended that you take at least 1 terrabyte at the store. Similarly, an i3 (or 3er Ryzen series) is quite at the lower end, deeper than a quite current i5 (Ryzen 5) I would not recommend. 16 gigabyte RAM are now very small for multitasking.

In summary, save on a better equipped computer. This is worth it all the more. See if there are local PC shops that can advise you without obligation. These usually take only a small obolus for assembly.
