Which iPad?

I urgently need an iPad for studying for the next few months, which means taking notes for university, a few apps, doing some Googling on the internet and that's enough.

I'm torn between the iPad 6th Gen from 2018 and the iPad Pro 9.7 inch (1st generation from 2016?), both used or refurbished, of course.

Which one would you choose for simple use that will probably only last for a few months (especially considering battery life and other hardware lifespan for the next few months)?

Or do you know of another iPad model that I can currently get for under €200 and that is compatible with the Apple Pencil 1st Gen?
