With the processor, you don't need a particularly powerful graphics card. Of course, it also depends on the resolution you're playing at.
I recommend an AMD RX 6700XT/6750XT.

I would recommend the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT. Both offer great performance for gaming and cost around €500. However, please check your power supply and the compatibility of the graphics card with your case before purchasing.

If you already have a 1080 ti you won't find anything new for 500 euros that has enough extra performance.
The new graphics card should be twice as powerful as the old one, starting with a 4070 Ti and even then it's "only" 95%
With AMD, the only option would be the 7900 xtx. Both cost well over $500.
Above all, his CPU doesn't really have the power for such a new graphics card.

Ein 2700 X kommt ja z.B. bei grafiklastigen Spielen mit einer 3060 ti auch nur auf etwa 60 %
Grob geschätzt wäre sein Prozessor dann vielleicht auf 90% müsste man ausprobieren.
