If you have a monitor in Standard FullHD (1920×1080), with 60 or 144 Hz, the RTX 3060 or 4060 would be a good choice.

PS: Your power supply should min. 450 Watt, better 500 – and needs one 8 PIN PCI-E power plug.
I see that you’re unfortunately a A520 Mainboard, this is splashed and overheated if the CPU is heavily loaded.
You can avoid the problem by using a Top Down fan like the Standard Onboard Fan. Do not build coolers that have the fan sideways. The fan should be Top Down, so cool the motherboard, okay? 🙏

Look at an RTX 4060. That would be enough.
What is missing: What resolution do you want to shock? The top cards like RTX 40** make absolutely no sense if you use an FHD monitor.
