Are the bearings on the RGB fans just as loud? My P14s have very loud background noise at low speeds and the familiar humming noise between 750 and 1100 rpm.

I can't say. But I also have a few P14s, and none of them make bearing noise.

Hmm, I guess I was lucky. Mine run at just over 300 rpm when idling and are completely inaudible.

But according to Igor, everyone has the humming noise.

I bought 4 of them and they all have a loud humming noise at under 700 rpm, but they are not decoupled from the case.

For a case in this price range, only the best are needed. BeQuiet SilentWing 3, Noctua NF A12x25, or the new Phanteks T30. LED bling, on the other hand, can also be easily created with LED strips in the case.
