Which exercises can I skip?
I've noticed that I often spend far too long in the gym. Are there any exercises that work the same muscle twice that I can skip? Push-ups are a moderate warm-up, and I'd also like to include dips in the plan.
push-ups
Incline bench press
chest press
Dips
Triceps pushdowns
shoulder press
Cable Flys top to bottom and bottom to top
Lateral raises on the cable tower
slanted bench press or cableflys, 2 of which can get out
naja generally not a good selection of exercises, too many trains the same
chest press, slanted bench and flys would be optimal
even if you were just a sloppy bench and dips would be enough to increase
