Which events become a memory?

I asked myself the question: Why are some things, even things that aren't that interesting, stored in our minds as memories, but others that were a lot of fun and very cool aren't?

And if, for example, I want to always remember something, what kind of event would it have to be? Or what do I have to do to make sure I remember it?

In principle, it is remembered when the phase of transport is not interrupted from short-term to long-term memory. You even know that from the computer. That’s why some people don’t know how to do it after a blackout.

If the stored memories are frequently retrieved, they are refreshed every time, but also rebuilt and compressed. What you don’t need, because you don’t use anything, don’t worry.

The memory of having fun does not need to be very detailed. It’s enough to know where and how you’re gonna be fun again.

Knowing what signs you recognize a tiger in the bush is much more important. Dangers, sounds, odours and accidents are therefore more intense.

I have many beautiful memories of moments that have been fun or I was happy.

Often these come zb. spontaneously when I hear a song or meet a person I experienced something great.

Sometimes I remember a scent or a feeling of beautiful moments.

If you experience something great, you have to understand it. Your brain decides which information is stored.

Because your brain presumably sorts the information during sleep and then saves it longer or not. Your brain decides what it thinks important and relvenat and what does not
