Which diet is actually good?

Hello, I keep asking myself if there is anything that is healthy. Sometimes when I look at what people put in yogurt, I feel sick. Is it bad if I eat yogurt every morning? Fruit these days is often injected or, according to science, should have natural sugar, which isn't healthy in large quantities. Now I'm constantly asking myself what I can eat to stay healthy. I'm now avoiding chips, ice cream, energy drinks, and everything that contains that much sugar, but that's still not enough for me.

There’s only yogurt in a natural yoghurt. If you’re talking about yoghurt with fruit preparation, yes, these are sugar bombs.

Otherwise, I would like to tell you that it is healthier to eat than not to eat.

You’ve taken some sensible measures, as I read. Dining otherwise varied, with lots of vegetables.

Yes, fruit is often sprayed. But there are also unmistakable – look for yourself. It is really unhealthy, however, not necessarily. Still better 3 sprayed (and washed) apples, than two hand full of chips.

And that’s what it looks like with almost every food. Yoghurts dito – then find some where the ingredients list is short. Short list of ingredients + little to (better) 0 E substances = healthier alternative.

However, pesticide residues do not necessarily affect your health. Wash the fruit thoroughly and buy the best regional from the peasant next door. Or buy organic if you want to go. I eat fruit from the supermarket all my life. I was sick only smoking

I can’t say anything about the yoghurt because I don’t even have a yoghurt with taste YXZ esse, just natural yoghurt. I’m doing blue and raspberries, a bit of honey and a little shot of walnut oil, sometimes also nuts and/or linseed. Tastes much better than any yogurt you can buy and is guaranteed healthier.

Instead of focusing on individual foods, you should try to eat a variety of foods that are rich in nutrients. Fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain products, lean protein and healthy fats should be a major part of your diet. It is also important to dispense with processed foods and those with a high sugar content or to minimize their consumption.

Most yogurts are not particularly healthy. Is just a candy for occasionally.

But you can take natural yoghurt and cut your own fruit. Fruit also has sugar some varieties more than others but still better than added industrial sugar.

I think everything goes, even unhealthy, the amount makes the poison.

It’s best to compensate for all nutrients. Much protein and little sugar as a rule of thumb.

Healthy it is if you eat as natural and balanced as possible. The best predominantly planted . Use possible unprocessed, fresh food. In natural yoghurt also nix greats are made in, except milk and yogurt cultures. And for the intestine, lactic acid is quite healthy.

You should not miss fast food, ready meals, cola and lemonade, sausage and too much meat. On alcohol and candy.

Fruit sugar is not unhealthy. Only one should do without added sugar.
