I want to buy the RX 6800. I currently have a Rhyzen 5 4500, but I think it's too weak. Which Rhyzen processor is best suited for the RX 6800?

Graphics card temperature much too high?
Hey, my graphics card has been overheating for months… Everything is up to date, drivers, etc. As you can see, it's idle at 63°C. I thought maybe it was mining crypto, but 1% utilization speaks against it haha ^^. I'm trying to clean it as best as I can… What else could it be?
