For a middle class CPU like this, a favorable air cooler is sufficient, such as: https://geizhals.de/thermalright-assassin-x-120-refined-se-argb-a2843577.html?hloc=at&hloc=de

If it should be an AIO (but it is not necessary) then I would if it should be favorable to note this (without RGB, radiator thickness!): https://geizhals.de/arctic-liquid-freezer-iii-240-acfre00134a-a3128810.html?hloc=at&hloc=de

alternative with thinner radiator: https://geizhals.de/endorfy-silentiumpc-navis-f240-ey3b001-a2843451.html?hloc=at&hloc=de

or this (with RGB): https://geizhals.de/deepcool-ls520-argb-a2741754.html?hloc=at&hloc=de

take. But from a technical point of view, the air cooler is sufficient.

Depends on: If you build it up in the case, you need enough space between the case cover & the motherboard or the mainboard voltage converter cooler. And since the radiator is thicker than normal (38 instead of 27-28mm plus. 25mm fan + 1-2mm buffer) should check if this distance (65mm total) is given.

If you want to mount the AIO into the front, this reduces the available maximum length of the graphics card (i.e. – 65mm) So if your case can record, for example, Grakas up to a length of 360mm, this length at the Arctic is reduced by 65mm to max. 295mm (2mm buffer incl.)

P.s if the whole PC is not yet purchased, I would advise you to an AMD CPU. The base 1700 for the 14400f is End of Live.

The Ryzen 5 7500F would be a good choice for gaming. Clear Board & Ram are a bit more expensive, but thanks to the AM5 platform (which will get new CPUs by 2027) & DDR5 there would be plenty of potential for later upgrades without having to swap the motherboard or ram again.
