No one, it’s very, very unhealthy. But if I smoke Vapes or Shisha. They are both not so healthy but the normal cigarettes are the most unhealthy since many can or will begin to get bad or dizzy. The healthiest are:

Talking healthy about tobacco cigarettes is a joke in itself, right?
They’re all harmful. Some have fewer harmful substances than others only because of the tobacco and additives used. But no cigarettes are healthy.
