Which cable do I need for the internet connection?

Hello, I have an outlet in my apartment that I think is intended for a network connection. I wanted to connect it to the Fritzbox. What cable do I need for the connection, and where should each cable be plugged in?

Find out where the other end of the cable is that supplies the connection box. That should actually end on a patch panel. You can then connect the Fritzbox (LAN1-4, choose) with a patch cable.

Or do you think you want to connect the DSL port to the Fritzbox?

You need a Lan cable there is over all and relatively cheap

First of all, you'd have to know what kind of connection that is.

I didn't understand your question.
The first picture shows an RJE jack.
Is this already a can/book for an Ethernet port?

If that's the case, you don't need FritzBox.
If this is your private box, you should be able to use it as an Ethernet switch.
It is also conceivable that the FritzBox also provides WLAN.

First connect the PC via an Ethernet cable to the wall socket.

However, it is also conceivable that the wall socket is provided for DSL, but then each apartment should have a DSL modem (FritzBox).
