Where to watch “The Rookie” season 6?

I'm currently on season 5 (Disney+) and friends have told me that season 6 is almost exclusively available on illegal websites. Is that true? If not, where can I watch it legally and for free? And is there any word yet on when season 6 will be released on Disney+, etc.?
