Where to sell things on livestream?

A friend of mine would like to sell some of her family's and her own clothes. She's already listed them on Vinted and in classifieds.

Now she wanted to offer the items in a live on TikTok, but that doesn't work because she doesn't have 1000 followers.

Do you know any other sites where you can do this?

Does anyone happen to know if you're allowed to sell clothes or things live on Twitch?
