Where to sell cigarettes?
Hello, I still have 2 packs of Marlboro Red and Gold. Where can I sell them legally? I sold a few on eBay, but then my ad was blocked because it's illegal, which I didn't know.

You can only sell them privately. You need 100% to make sure the person is 18. Is it German cigarettes? If not then check if you can sell the legal one, you can't tax it. And don't come back what I didn't know – you'll be informed.
I would suggest Facebook groups. Believe classifieds it is also prohibited.
