Where else can adults learn on the Internet what to write, when, and where, in capital or lowercase?

Hello everyone. Quick question for my project which is supposed to contain a huge database. Is there somewhere where you can access all current food products from all manufacturers and so on? Not something like FDDB but some kind of documents or lists? I don't feel like having to search through all the foods individually…
