Where can I currently travel with my Russian passport?

Hello, I live in Germany and have a permanent residence permit. I have a Russian passport. My question is, can I travel to the EU, or will there be any problems there due to the current situation?

Persons who are holders of a valid residence permit issued by one of the Schengen States or temporary residence permit and a valid travel document may stay in the other Schengen States for a period of up to 90 days per 180 days, provided that they do not take up employment there.
