Where can I complain about problems with Prime Video?
Hello everyone,
I recently saw that Crunchyroll is available as a subscription through Prime. I had a Crunchyroll subscription for a short time, but since there was no app for my TV, I canceled it. My favorite series is Detective Conan, and since you can't find the episodes without the German dub anywhere else, I've resubscribed, as I said.
The problem is, the first episodes are only in Japanese, several seasons are not available and 75% of the available seasons are fake episodes of various other anime series and a few anime films.
I can't find anywhere where I can complain about this, and people don't seem to notice it on the internet either. Is there anything I can do about it?
