Is there a program, the emphasis is on a program with which it is possible to control all RGB components in the PC, i.e. RGB in the GPU, RGB in the CPU cooling head, RGB fan, RGB RAM, and RGB on the mainboard?

I've connected the water cooler to the CPU fan with a 3-pin connector. Is it set correctly in the BIOS? I've heard the pump needs a constant voltage, but it seems to me that it regulates the voltage. What exactly do I have to change in the BIOS?

From pure experience I would consider saving on a new CPU fan. Sounds kind of like a warehouse that’s enough for the spoon.
